If you need to cancel a catering event or a class, please let us know as soon as possible. Refund policies vary based on how close we are to the event date, as we often start prepping and sourcing woods and meats early.

To help us deliver the best BBQ, please provide accurate info when booking. For catering events, ensure the setup area is safe and accessible for our pitmasters. In virtual classes, remember that you are responsible for your own kitchen and pit safetyâBBQ involves heat, after all!

The photos, recipes, and videos on this site belong to Pixies Smoke House. We love it when you share your BBQ progress, but please don't use our copyrighted materials for your own commercial gain without asking us first.
